All staff were professional, friendly & treated me respectfully, advising me at each step of what would happen next. The doctor especially was most informative & my assigned nurse, Farah, took such good care of me during my stay.

The Nurse on duty, Craig in opd Urology was amazing he kept me up to date when the Consultant was late. He also kept me updated when my referral couldn't be found and when it was being emailed over. He even walked me down to Radiology where I was booked in for a CT scan once I had seen the Consultant. He worked extremely hard during that clinic as there were other problems, which he dealt with in a calm and professional manner.

Was treated promptly, Drs and nurses explained what treatment I would be having. Had x ray and scan and each time everything was explained. It was a very busy department but everyone was doing a very good job.

Because they were busy unfortunately there was a few of us on trollies in the corridor. Understand this is ongoing because how many patients go to the hospital.

This was first ever operation, so I was not certain what to expect but came away very satisfied with the care I received. Special thanks to Maitreyi Patel (Trust Grade Doctor), Samson Kendal (Anaesthetist) and of course to Mr Samrat Mukherjee (Surgeon). Additionally, the staff who looked after me overnight were very attentive and helpful.

On arrival, I was told that the details I had provided at my Pre-Assessment had not been transferred onto the (main frame) system.
