A good hospital that always looks very clean and tidy. The staff I dealt with were always polite, attentive, very professional and also helpful. The service I have received, both as an inpatient and when attending outpatient clinics is first class.

I was extremely pleased with the care and service at the hospital.
Everyone was very welcoming, positive and extremely kind the whole time.
They created a wonderful atmosphere before and after my procedure, which gave me peace of mind.
Everyone was comprehensive and accurate in the information they provided, which made it easier for me to make decisions. There were no information gaps or anything like that.

Everyone at Kims Hospital has been nothing short of fantastic and I mean everyone. The facilities are wonderful and the food is too Good!
From the front of House Reception Staff, Porter, every single Nurse, Anesthetist and my Consultant, the care they have given has been second to none.
All patient info is sent via a portal which gives you clear guidance and information which can be printed out, detailing before and after surgery.

Nothing is too much trouble for the staff here, they genuinely care about you, and are happy. I have venesections with Caroline and Comfort who are fantastic cannot speak highly enough about their patience, professionalism and care.

My recent stay at Kim’s for surgery was made so much easier because of the great care shown by all the staff I encountered. I was guided with food options after surgery and the nursing care was excellent. Everything was explained to me in detail at every stage of my care. The staff all appeared to be happy in their work making for a calming , relaxing environment .
