I am fully aware of the current staffing challenges at the surgery, however would just like to say that just recently I have had to engage quite regularly at the surgery, and have always felt that the receptionists have gone out of their way to assist me in seeing someone quite expediently.

As someone who even with wearing hearing aids is hard of hearing & sometimes struggles on the phone, I would appreciate being able to not have to justify to a receptionist why I need a fact to face appointment.

When its good its good but sometimes waiting 2wks for appointments is crazy. The receptionists are all wonderful and try their best everytime.

Would love to have one family doctor so they know me i know them its like every time we go its a new doctor
