hi i had very bad experience with the receptionist every time i call the are not helpful today i spoke to ally who was not helpful refuse to put the call to the manager which i was waiting for the letter to be email to me i would not give any star to the practice

The Reception Team at Guru Nanak Medical Centre are really good. Meenu, Navmeet, Mrs Sagoo are valuable assets to the team. It's been difficult to get appointments over the phone due to diary release restrictions which is not great and becomes tough when one has to spend a long time waiting on the phone. The online services does not always work and has system errors.

Diary availability for reception management would be helpful.
