I have been using this practice for many years from when it was under Mr. Wholly. When it changed there is always the apprehension of whether one will receive a continuity of care. There has been no reason to for me to have doubted the excellent service I have had since the changeover.

I have no other comments.

The dentist was punctual and incredibly friendly. The dentist was not only highly competent but also made me feel completely at ease throughout the entire visit. Both the dentist and nurse were caring and attentive to my needs. I also appreciated the email reminder, which made everything so much easier. Overall, a great experience

One area for improvement could be offering more NHS appointments, particularly for emergencies, with shorter waiting times. That would help ensure more people can get timely care when needed. Overall, though, my experience was great.
